Cherry Hill voters will find no township council or mayoral race on their Nov. 3 ballot.

Camden County's official candidate list for the Tuesday, Nov. 3 General Election confirms Cherry Hill Township has "No Local Contest" for 2026. No council seats or municipal offices are up for election in 2026.

That does not mean a short ballot. Cherry Hill residents will vote in three contested races at the federal and county level.

U.S. Senate

Incumbent Democratic Sen. Cory Booker faces Republican challenger Justin Murphy. Two independent candidates also appear: Joanne Kuniansky, running under the Socialist Workers Party banner, and Veronica Fernandez, listed under "End the Corruption!"

First Congressional District

Rep. Donald Norcross, the Democratic incumbent, faces Republican Damon Galdo. Norcross attended Cherry Hill Township's Jan. 5 reorganization meeting, according to council minutes, where he administered the oath of office to Councilwoman Sangeeta Doshi.

County commissioners

Two seats on the Camden County Board of Commissioners are on the ballot. Democrats Louis Cappelli Jr. and Jonathan Young face Republican Robert Stone. The Republican Party did not make a second nomination, leaving only three candidates for two seats.

School board

Separately, eight candidates are competing for three seats on the Cherry Hill Board of Education. That race appears on a separate candidate list published by the county, though the list is still labeled unofficial as of its July 27 update. Candidates include Renee Cherfane, Anne Einhorn, Ineda "Corrien" Elmore-Stratton, Joseph Lynch, Darby Malvey, Melissa Manzano, Harold "Hal" Melleby Jr. and Steven Redfearn.

Early voting

Early voting runs Saturday, Oct. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 1 at the Cherry Hill Township Clerk's Office, 820 Mercer Street, Room 107, according to the township's election page. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents can call 856-488-7892 for information.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
