Cherry Hill businesses and nonprofits face a Tuesday, Sept. 1 deadline to sponsor the township's annual Senior Festival at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Ballroom.
Sponsorships cost $100, according to the township's Facebook page. Vendor tables are $35 each, though no vendor application deadline has been posted.
The festival is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2349 Marlton Pike W. Activities include dancing, a photo booth and prizes, according to the township's event page.
Tables cost $35 each.
The township has scheduled several senior-focused events in 2026. Mayor David Fleisher highlighted senior initiatives at the June 22 council meeting, including a senior e-newsletter and a Senior Ice Cream Social held July 22 at the Carman Tilelli Community Center. That social was sponsored by The Plaza Grande, Renewal by Andersen and Cadbury of Cherry Hill, offering a glimpse of the kind of local business involvement the township is seeking for the September festival.
Cherry Hill also closed its "Strive After 55" survey in April 2026, gathering input from residents 55 and older about community needs. The survey results have not been publicly released.
The Senior Festival has moved venues since its last iteration. In 2022, the event was held at the Holiday Inn on Route 70. The DoubleTree Grand Ballroom is a new location for the annual gathering, which is distinct from the township's Harvest Festival and Winter Festival held at Croft Farm.
Businesses interested in a vendor table can apply at the township's Become a Vendor page. Sponsorship applications are available through the township's Community Partnership Opportunities page.
