Cherry Hill's American Legion Post 372 baseball team beat Monroe on July 15 to win the 2026 Camden County American Legion Baseball Championship. It's the squad's third consecutive county title.

Post 372 has now claimed the county crown in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Last summer's team went 23-3, won the New Jersey American Legion state championship, and advanced to the Mid-Atlantic Regional tournament before falling one game short of the American Legion World Series, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Sue Quinn-Morris, writing on the Post 372 website on July 15, praised the team's consistency and said the players had "solidified their position as the reigning champions" with the win over Monroe.

Four days later, Post 372 opened District 2 state tournament play with a walk-off win on Monday, July 20, according to the team's X account. Pitcher Will Solak threw seven innings of two-hit ball with nine strikeouts and zero earned runs. Michalski, Rowe, and McLaughlin each recorded multiple hits, and Ryder delivered the walk-off base hit to end it.

Post 372 was scheduled to play a second game at 3 p.m. Monday, July 20, as the state tournament continued.
